With four house types to choose from at Lansdowne Cottages, including terraced houses, semi detached and linked houses. Each house has its own private garden and garage or car barn parking. Houses are designed to meet the modern expectations that go together with modern living.

  1. There are 6 houses in the first phase build to be released in July/August 2011.
  2. There are nine houses in phase 2 to be released in 2012.
  3. All houses have three bedrooms, with most having en-suite bathrooms.

Angmering Village

Situated in the centre-south of West Sussex, ideal as a home-base

Lansdowne Cottages is tucked away in a quite corner of Angmering Village with its attendant day-to-day amenities of shops, library, medical centre and pharmacy, churches, two public houses, primary and secondary schools. The mainline railway station (with frequent services to London Victoria, Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth) and the A259 and A27 are close by along with Sainsburys superstore, approximately half a mile to the south of the village with the more comprehensive shopping centre of Rustington a further mile away.

  • Angmering Comprehensive School is a short walk away.
  • There are play areas and a skate park within easy reach.
  • Ham Manor Golf Club, an eighteen hole course is open to non members.

For recreation the South Downs and the seaside are a short drive away. Arundel, Littlehampton, Worthing, Brighton and many small villages abound in West Sussex.
